FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the complex technological processes simulation occurring, for example, in the uranium hexafluoride purification from volatile components. When used for industrial purposes, the plant can be used in the uranium hexafluoride purification from highly volatile impurities, to improve the gas separation plants production quality and reduce its cost. Gas mixture components desublimation process simulation bench contains heat-insulated cooling vessel (5), which can be filled with the liquid cooling agent and in which settling vessel (3) is located, equipped with gas mixture feed branch pipe (9) and suction branch pipe (10), connected to the pumping-out system (8) and equipped with the measuring instruments unit (7). Cooling vessel is additionally equipped with made in the form of spiral pipeline air heat exchanger (4), adjacent to the settling tank walls and through the heat-insulated pipelines (2) connected to the ARM (1) air-refrigerating machine for the cold air supply. Gas mixture branch pipe (9) is additionally equipped with connected to the measuring vessel (6) gas mixture simulator supply branch pipe (13). Gas mixture simulator is a gas mixture of known concentration. Air heat exchanger is provided with the of heated air supply branch pipe (12) for the condensate sublimation conducting in the settling vessel.
EFFECT: technical result: finding the desublimation optimal technological parameters, expansion of the condensation-evaporative plant functionalities, technological process simplification and cost-cutting.
