SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopedics and may be applicable to the plasty of the anterior cruciate ligament with an autograft from its own patellar ligament with bone fragments at its ends. After taking, autograft is reinforced with three threads: one axial thread passing through the centers of the transverse section of the graft and bone fragments, and two threads in the form of counter zigzag seams that pass only through the transverse section of the graft. Central reinforced part of the autograft is placed between the articular surfaces. Free ends of all three threads are passed through the channel of the lateral condyle of femur upward and the channel of the medial condyle of tibia downward, and, in the state of tension, is fixed in the channels with bone pins tying the threads together.
EFFECT: method allows to prevent the stretching of the autograft with the function of the knee joint.
