FIELD: surgery. SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to be used for treating medium-gravity posterior instability of knee-joint. Method provides formation of transplant from medial portion of ligament of super-knee with bone fragment and strengthening it with artificial materials by way of placing them inside the transplant. Before bone channel is formed, exit point for longitudinal channel axis in posterior inter-tubercular cavity is determined and direction of boring tool is set to get into determined point. All operations are fulfilled under arthroscopic control. EFFECT: improved procedure.
