FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing articles of composite materials, namely, to structures and methods for manufacturing precision reflectors of antennas with a reflecting surface formed not only by a second-order curve, but also by a special complex profile. Assigned tasks are solved due to the fact that in the reflector, consisting of a reflector element and a supporting structure, located at a distance from each other, for their connection, plates are inserted glued by a part of their surface to the inner and outer sides of the support structure parallel to the axis of the reflector, while the free parts of the plates from the inner and outer sides through the adhesive connection corners are installed, to the free parts of which the reflector is glued. Supporting structure is a monofilament made of a carbon composite fabric with a mounting plane perpendicular to the axis of the reflector; reflector is made of a prepreg based on carbon fiber in the form of tapes laid out butt-end. It is proposed to install the corners on each side of the plate in two pieces.
EFFECT: objectives of the present invention are to increase the accuracy, dimensional stability, rigidity of the reflector design.
