FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to corrosion and heat resistant Ni-based alloys, and can be used for production of parts of gas turbine engines and units, long-term operating in corrosive environments at temperatures up to 700 °C. Heat-resistant cast Ni-based contains, wt%: carbon up to 0.08, chromium 16–20; aluminium 0.5–2.0; titanium 0.5–2.0; molybdenum 2.0–3.5; iron 8.0–11.0; niobium 4.0–6.0; boron up to 0.02; tungsten 0.5–2.5; cobalt 8.8–10.2; zirconium up to 0.08; lanthanum up to 0.20; barium up to 0.03; rhenium up to 0.02; hafnium up to 0.10; nickel – the rest being.
EFFECT: long-term strength, corrosion resistance, structural stability, service life of an alloy at a temperature of 650 °C increase.
