SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the aluminum alloy for the cars workpieces or parts manufacturing, to the strip of aluminum alloy production method, as well as to the car's construction part consisting of the aluminum alloy sheet. Aluminum alloy for the cars workpieces or parts manufacturing contains, mass %: 0.7 ≤ Si ≤ 0.9, 0.7 ≤Fe ≤ 1.0, Cu ≤0.05, 0.7 ≤ Mn ≤ 0.9, 0.6 ≤ Mg ≤ 0.8, Cr ≤ 0.05, rest is Al and impurities individually comprising not more than 0.05, and in general not more than 0.15. Aluminum alloy strip manufacturing method includes the ingot casting for rolling, homogenization at a temperature of 500 °C to 600 °C for at least of 0.5 h, hot rolling at temperatures of 280–500 °C to the thickness of 3 mm to 12 mm, cold rolling with intermediate annealing or without it with a reduction ratio of at least 50 % to the final thickness of 0.2 mm to 5 mm and soft annealing at a temperature of 300°C to 400 °C for at least of 0.5 h in the batch furnace. Strip has thickness of 0.2 mm to 5 mm, yield strength Rp0.2 in the state after soft annealing of at least 45 MPa and breaking elongation A80mm of at least 35 %.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at the cars workpieces or parts manufacturing having high formability, medium strength and high corrosion resistance.
