METHOD OF SURGICAL CORRECTION IN DIASTASIS OF RECTUS ABDOMINIS MUSCLES OF 1-2 DEGREES Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC A61B17/00

Abstract RU 2655519 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used in the surgical treatment of diastasis recti abdominis of 1-2 degree. Dissect aponeurosis with the formation of two uneven flaps. Sheath of rectus abdominis muscle does not open. Polypropylene mesh prosthesis in the form of a rectangular plate of 6–8 cm wide and the length corresponding to the length of diastase, is fixed with nodal sutures to the back surface of one of the sheath of the rectus abdominis muscle. Other edge is fixed to the anterior surface of the opposite sheath of the rectus abdominis muscle by the type of "duplication", bringing the aponeurosis edges together. Free edge of the aponeurosis is fixed with nodular sutures to the anterior surface of the sheath of the rectus abdominis muscle on the opposite side, forming an abdominal raphe. Drain the subcutaneous tissue and layer-by-layer suture the wound.

EFFECT: method retains the function of the anterior abdominal wall and allows it to freely participate in the respiration process.
