FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology and can be used in the reconstruction of the mammary gland. Fixer of an adipodermal flap is made of titanium alloy and contains two platforms of rectangular shape with a smaller side of not less than 50 mm. Metal chain is fixed to the platforms, which ends with a carbine. On the platforms there are slots parallel to the large sides and four teeth in the corners. Platforms contain mounting bases with holes for fixing with an eye-bolt with an eye-bolt.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention consists in a better visualization of the surgical field, more reliable fixation of the adipodermal flap, reducing the morbidity of the intervention and postoperative complications, ease of manipulation, reducing the time of the operation and the number of employees participating in it.
