FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method relates to measuring equipment and can be used to measure the liquid flow rate with the use of a triboelectric effect and an electromagnetic phenomenon. Device implementing the proposed method comprises pipeline 1, ferrite ring 2, winding 3 placed in screen 4 with slit 5, measuring unit 6, amplifier 7, recorder 8, measuring section 9, metal rings 10 and guide vanes 11.

EFFECT: increasing the accuracy and sensitivity to low liquid flow rates by creating greater turbulence of the moving liquid and increasing its polarization.
