SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and pharmacology. Pharmaceutical composition for intranasal administration for treatment and/or prevention of female sexual dysfunction is proposed, Thr-Lys-Pro-Arg-Pro pentapeptide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in a concentration of 2–20 g/L and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient, and a method of treating female sexual dysfunction, including its administration. Composition is highly effective and safe and can be used to treat and/or prevent female sexual dysfunction, including such dysfunction as HSDD, FSAD or FSIAD.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the effectiveness of treatment, with the onset of the effect occurring faster than with the intravenous administration of drops.
