FIELD: biology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analysis of biological materials and measuring blood characteristics in a living organism, in particular to determining the blood group and Rhesus factor. Portable device for instant diagnosis of blood group and Rhesus factor comprises a replaceable cartridge, equipped with measuring elements, made in the form of graphene chips, installed on a common board with electrical contact pads and equipped with a means of indicating changes in their resistance. Wherein the group antibodies against erythrocyte antigens are applied to the surface of the chips, and the cartridge is housed in the body, made of the upper and lower halves, hermetically interconnected and forming an internal hermetic cavity, filled with saline. Body is also provided with an opening for delivery of biological material and means for sealing the opening.

EFFECT: invention provides increased efficiency of the portable device for instant diagnosis of blood group and Rhesus factor by decreasing the required volume of the blood sample under study while simultaneously increasing the blood group and Rhesus factor determination rate.
