SUBSTANCE: method of measuring quantum efficiency and dark current of a photosensitive element includes installing photodetectors at a given distance from the emitting surface of an extended black body; setting a given radiation temperature of the black body and recording values of signals of all photosensitive elements for zero accumulation time and a given accumulation time; before the third recording of values of signals of the photosensitive elements, reducing the emissivity factor of the black body while leaving its temperature unchanged; performing the third recording of the values of signals of all photosensitive elements with the given accumulation time and given temperature of the black body and calculating the value of quantum efficiency and dark current of the photosensitive elements based on the three measured sets of signals.

EFFECT: high measurement efficiency.
