FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of polymer anti-aging paste, which provides vulcanizates based on chloroprene rubber high level of resistance to heat and oxygen, and can be used in rubber articles based on chloroprene rubber with high thermal oxidative resistance. Polymer anti-aging paste for rubber based on chloroprene rubber contains 56.00–57.00 pts.wt. suspension polyvinyl chloride and 43.00–44.00 pts.wt. melt. Melt contains 9.00–10.00 pts.wt. N-isopropyl-N-phenyl-n-phenylenediamine, 3.00–4.00 pts.wt. ε-caprolactam, 6.00–7.00 pts.wt. stearic acid and 13.00–14.00 pts.wt. dibutyl phthalate, 10.00–11.00 pts.wt. trimethylol propane.
EFFECT: invention increases thermal-oxidative resistance of rubber based on chloroprene rubber.
