SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to devices for generating aerosols for the purpose of non-invasive drug delivery, particularly in inhalation procedures, with a controlled charge state of nano-aerosol particles. Biologically active nano-aerosol generator comprises a spray chamber with a housing, at least two openings located opposite each other in the end walls of the housing of the spray chamber, through which emitters are introduced to introduce oppositely charged electrospray products of liquids, of which at least one is a non-volatile substance solution, a colloidal solution, or a suspension, and at least one air supply hole. Generator also includes means for selecting nano-aerosol from different parts of the spray chamber near the positive or negative emitters for the output of a predominantly positively and negatively charged nano-aerosol, respectively.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to control the generation process, including the variation of the charge amount, thereby increasing the efficiency of the process of drug delivery into the lungs in the form of nano-aerosol.
