FIELD: defectoscopy.

SUBSTANCE: used to detect the defects of asynchronous motors. Essence of the invention lies in the fact that a vibroacoustic signal is measured and analyzed, and the type of defects is identified using the nondestructive vibration diagnostic testing method. To identify the type of defect in the electric motor, the thermal method of non-destructive testing is additionally used.

EFFECT: ensuring the possibility of accurate detection and confirmation of above types of defects of asynchronous electric motors considered.
