SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to means of the information provision to drivers. For this, information provision device is provided, which includes a control unit (ECU), which sets the compensation function using the history data by the response from the driver to suggestion of the probable operations for the on-board component and calculates each of the actions in each of the states execution probabilities distribution, through training with refreshment on the basis of compensation function. ECU calculates the probabilities distribution dispersion degree and also forms a proposal of probable operations based on the trial and error method in relation to the fact, that to select the target action and output it when the probabilities distribution dispersion degree is equal to or higher than the threshold value, and forms the final proposal of probable operations with respect to the target action fixation and output, when the probabilities distribution dispersion degree value is less than the threshold value.

EFFECT: technical result is increase in the accuracy of determining of the information, which must be provided to the driver.
