SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry, particularly, to vehicle movement control devices. Motion control device installed on vehicle includes detection module, a determination module, a storage module, a presentation module, an input module for the user, a control module configured to control the movement of the vehicle in question based on response information. Wherein the presentation module presents presentation information to the user in a state in which a possible version of the alternative is selected and when the user does not select one of the plurality of alternatives after the presentation information is presented to the user, control module considers a possible version of the alternative as an alternative selected by the user.
EFFECT: higher safety of the vehicle driver when overtaking.
