EFFECT: method provides an increase in the effectiveness of lymphorrhea prophylaxis in the surgical treatment of patients with postoperative ventral hernia by eliminating the installation of drains, treatment of the subcutaneous fat of the surgical wound with a high-temperature two-level plasma flow before its tissues are matte, which, in its turn, reduces the risk of wound pyogenesis in the early and distant postoperative periods and the recurrence of ventral hernias in the long-term postoperative period.
