FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, preferably to oncourology, and can be used for pararectal targeted puncture biopsy of the prostate gland using combined images of computer and magnetic resonance imaging. Patient is placed onto the computer tomography table in the prone position with the bend in the gluteal region. Fix to the skin of the patient's intergluteal region a fixed matrix with a specified number of holes for the establishment of the puncture needle. Computed tomography of the patient's pelvic organs with a fixed matrix to his intergluteal region is performed. Further, magnetic resonance imaging of the patient's pelvic organs without a fixed matrix to its intergluteal region is performed. Combine the magnetic resonance images of the pelvic organs of the patient with images of his pelvic organs obtained by computed tomography. Next, the location of the histological material from the prostate is determined by identifying key points. To do this, perform a mathematical transformation of the similarity group, taking into account the scale, slope and rotation of each image in a series of magnetic resonance images relative to the image of a computer tomograph. Series of combined images is obtained, with the possibility of converting them into both a magnetic resonance image and an image of a computer tomograph. After that, on the magnetic resonance imaging, a focus is identified that is suspicious of a tumor in the structure of the prostate gland, invisible to computed tomography, but persists on images of a computer tomograph when converting them from magnetic resonance imaging. Then, using a ruler and coordinate points on a fixed matrix, an opening corresponding to the projection of the selected suspicious focus is determined. Enter the puncture needle into the suspicious focus of the gland through the given opening of the matrix at a given depth. Targeted puncture is performed to obtain a histological material strictly from the suspicious focus of the prostate gland.
EFFECT: method provides a puncture biopsy of the prostate gland for the purpose of higher accuracy in the diagnosis of prostate cancer by accurately combining computer and magnetic resonance images of the pelvic organs, combination of the image of a suspicious focus of the prostate gland with the opening of the matrix and the collection of biopsy material from a given gland focus.
