SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, namely a medical device for anastomosis. Medical device for anastomosis contains an activating assembly, a stubborn seat, a stop assembly and a cartridge for the staples in the assembly. Activating assembly comprises a pusher of the staple cartridge, which is provided with a restrictive pin. Abutting seat contains a protective block for interfacing with the restrictive pin, with the protective unit defining the socket. Activating assembly is used to move the staple cartridge assembly from the proximal end of the stopper to the distal end of the stop seat. When the medical device for the anastomosis is in the initial state, the protective block does not interact with the restrictive pin. When the medical device for the anastomosis is in the activation state, the motion of the protective block is limited and the socket is located in the path of movement of the restrictive pin, when the stop pin is moved from the distal end of the medical device to anastomosis to the proximal end of the medical device for anastomosis. When the medical device for anastomosis returns to its original state after it has been fully activated, the restrictive pin is locked in the socket such that the restrictor pin can be restricted by the security unit from the proximal end of the medical device for anastomosis to the distal end of the medical device for anastomosis.
