SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, namely to a surgical circular suturing device. The surgical circular suturing device contains an instrument body, a handle assembly and a pushing rod for bows. In the body of the instrument there is an indicator, an impact part and a pulling strip. The indicator is connected to the instrument body with the possibility of rotation and has a protruding section. The handle assembly is movably connected to the instrument body. The handle assembly has a contact section for the pulling strip. The pushing rod for the bows is located in the instrument body. The pushing rod has an initial position and actuation position and can be pushed from the initial position to the actuation position by means of the handle assembly. When the surgical circular suturing device is in its initial state, the first end of the indicator is located in the first position area and is placed in accordance with the impact part. When the surgical circular suturing device is in the actuation state, the pulling strip pulls the protruding section and ensures the movement of the first end of the indicator to the second position area in the direction from the impact part. During actuation, the pulling strip pushed out by the contact section for the pulling strip is separated from the protruding section, and then after the surgical circular suturing device is activated, the first end of the indicator returns to the specified first position area from the specified second position area, strikes the impact part and emits a sound of impact.
EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to provide timely audible notification of the operator about the state of actuation of the circular suturing device.
