FIELD: valve engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valve engineering and is intended for controlling and shutting off working media of liquids and gases. The direct-flow control valve comprises an external and an internal bodies, inlet and outlet flanges, a flow divider constituting a perforated cylinder, wherein a locking body is installed coaxially with said cylinder, connected with the rack drive by means of a rod, an expansion sleeve placed in the outlet flange, the locking body is configured to rotate around the axis thereof, engaged geared crowns are made on the surface of the rod and the rack drive, and the holes in the perforated cylinder and the locking body have the same shape and are arranged in annular rows. The distances between the rows, the distance to the edge of the outlet flange from the row of holes closest thereto, and the angular step between the centres of the holes in the perforated cylinder and the locking body are the same. Radially arranged pins with a cylindrical cross-section are placed in annular rows on the inner surface of the locking body between the rows of holes. The length and diameter of the pins in the rows increases from the inner body to the output flange, and the amount of pins in the rows decreases from the outlet flange to the inner body.
EFFECT: proposed design of a direct-flow control valve allows for effective prevention of cavitation with effective control of the flow rates of liquid media.
