FIELD: direct-flow control valves.
SUBSTANCE: direct-flow control valve comprises outer and inner casings, inlet and outlet pipes with flanges, respectively, an expansion sleeve located in the outlet pipe, a rack drive, a flow divider. The flow divider is a coaxially arranged perforated cylinders with holes arranged in circles. The locking body is mounted coaxially to the perforated cylinders and is made in the form of rods. The rods are installed in an annular array in the space between the coaxially arranged cylinders. On the side of the outlet branch pipe, a cylindrical spacer is attached to the ends of the rods, contacting the outer surface with the expansion sleeve. The spacer has a cylindrical hole in the central part. On the side of the inner body, the ends of the rods are connected to the ring. The cross section of the rods is a figure bounded by parallel straight lines on two opposite sides and by arcs of circles on the other two sides.
EFFECT: reduced cavitation and tightness in the closed position.
