FIELD: nuclear power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nuclear power engineering, in general to the nuclear power plants heat exchange equipment, in particular to the pipelines and of reactor plants equipment heat insulation. Technical result is achieved by the fact that in the device the pipeline modular heat insulation contains separate modules located on the pipeline outer surface in the form of welded boxes from stainless corrosion-resistant steel, inside which a heat-insulating material is placed, which are fastened together with fast-acting tension locks, and the modules joints places are covered with overlays. As a heat-insulating material, a set of at least three corrugated screens made of stainless corrosion-resistant sheet steel is used, which form closed air cavities, neighboring modules outer facing sheets are made shorter than the length of the modules themselves by the overlays size and are mounted with open side ventilated air gap from the set of screens outer surface. Overlays are made in the form of paired sections from the multi-layered set of corrosion-resistant stainless corrugated thin sheet steel, paired sections are interconnected by fast-acting tension locks, and the overlays width is made with overlapping of the modules high temperature zone in their junction point.
EFFECT: technical result of the present invention is reducing the device material intensity, reduction of heat losses and simplification of the device installation and repair.
