SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and relates to a method for preparing a solution of human albumin comprising the step of reducing the level of dissolved oxygen in said albumin solution, the oxygen level is reduced to a concentration equal to or less than 0.5 ppm. Group of inventions also relates to a composition of human albumin, where albumin is prepared by this method.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides a solution of human albumin with an oxidation/reduction state similar to the oxidation/reduction state of albumin present in human blood plasma.
