SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical industry, namely to a method for detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex. Method for detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex, comprises subjecting the Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex-specific protein to immunoassay, wherein said protein is secreted extracellularly by heat treatment of a biological sample containing Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex, at 45-50 °C for 15 to 60 minutes. Presented is a kit for detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex and a method to secrete Mycobacterium tuberculosis specific proteins to extracellular.

EFFECT: described method allows to effectively detect the Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex.
