SUBSTANCE: invention refers to methods of in vitro detection of infection by Mycobacterium tuberculosis in mammals and to methods of in vitro differentiation of a Mycobacterium tuberculosis infected mammal suffering a latent form of tuberculosis, and a mammal suffering an active form of tuberculosis, and to a method of differentiation of a mammal suffering the active form of tuberculosis and a mammal non-infected by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, or a mammal who has the latent form of tuberculosis. The present invention also refers to kits for detection and differentiation of the infected mammal presenting tuberculosis symptoms, and the infected mammal with no disease development, and to a kit for distinction of a mammal suffering the active form of tuberculosis, and the mammal non-infected by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, or the mammal suffering the latent form of tuberculosis.

EFFECT: use of the methods and the kits under the present invention allows detecting in vitro the infected mammals with the active and latent forms of tuberculosis.
