SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hybrid vehicles. Damping control device for a hybrid vehicle comprises a module for calculating the rate of change in a target driving torque and an electric motor, which is the differential of the target driving torque and the electric motor in time. There is also a means for varying the degree of damping by direct-link control equal to a first degree of damping, when the rate of change in the target torque of the drive and the electric motor is positive or negative, and equal to a second damping degree that is smaller than the first damping degree when the rate of change in the target drive torque and the electric motor has opposite positivity or negativity.
EFFECT: increases the comfort when driving.
