SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile communication, in particular to the inter-computer communication. User terminal (UE) comprises a circuit for accessing physical resource configuration information from the memory device, this physical resource configuration information corresponds to a resource pool associated with a forward communication line between one of the UEs and one or more other UEs and one or more processors for: decoding a Radio Resource Control (RRC) message to determine physical resource configuration information; identification, based on physical resource configuration information, the length of the cyclic prefix associated with the resource pool; and processing a signal transmitted to or from one or more other UEs on the forward communication line using the cyclic prefix length.

EFFECT: invention is intended to determine the gap size or the length of a cyclic prefix for mutual device detection and data transmission.
