DUST COLLECTING INSTALLATION WITH VIBROACOUSTIC CYCLONE Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC B04C9/00 B01D50/00

Abstract RU 2672413 C1

FIELD: dust collection equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a dust collection technique. Dust collection unit with a vibroacoustic cyclone contains a vibroacoustic cyclone of the first stage of the dust collection unit, which is connected to the acoustic column and the vibrator installed in the conical bunker, and consists of cylindrical and conical parts and located in the upper part of the peripheral input of the gas stream and the axial outlet nozzle of the purified gas. Acoustic column in its lower part is connected to the axial outlet branch pipe of the purified gas and contains a conical baffle plate installed by its large base in the bottom base of the acoustic column, and the cavity formed by the surfaces of the baffle washer and the column is connected to the peripheral input of the gas stream by a bypass branch, with the outlet of the cleaned gas and the generator of sound vibrations in the upper part of the acoustic column associated with the control unit. Fine dust collecting apparatus includes a frame body with fences, a support part with a dust collecting bin and a dust collector mounted on the base, as well as the inlet and outlet boxes of the filter section of the dust collector with bag type filters, respectively, with inlet and outlet nozzles. In the entrance duct of the dust collecting device a collector with injectors of the fire and explosion safety system is installed with a control unit connected by electronic communication with a common microprocessor. Each of the nozzles of the fire and explosion safety system of the device is made with a spray disc and contains a cylindrical body with a fitting, rigidly connected to the body and coaxially disposed in the upper part of the body and having a cylindrical fluid inlet connected to a diffuser, an axisymmetric body and a fitting. In the lower part of the cylindrical hole, a hollow conical swirler is fixed, the conical shell of which is fixed by means of at least three spokes fixed at one end on the conical shell of the swirler in its upper part, and at the other end, in an annular groove formed on the inner surface of the cylindrical hole, and on hollow cone swirler outer surface helical through thread is made. Sprayer, located perpendicular to the axis of the body and made in the form of a solid disk, is connected to the body in its lower part by means of at least three spokes. In this case, the nebulizer disk is formed by two surfaces, one of which is a curvilinear surface facing the side of the diffuser, the line forming this surface being an n curve line, and the second is a plane. Or the disc of the dispenser is formed by two congruent and equidistant surfaces of the n order, and the spokes, by means of which the disc of the dispenser is attached to the body, are shaped as straight or curved.

EFFECT: improving the efficiency of explosion and fire safety of the dust collection process.
