Parietalization of the peritoneum of the inguinal region is carried out. Net is placed on the prepared place, which covers the hernial gates. Net is fixed with a herniostepler. Defect of the peritoneum is sutured with a continuous suture.
EFFECT: method reduces productive inflammation in the tissues of the spermatic cord in the postoperative period.
