FIELD: biotechnology, molecular biology, genetic engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recombinant plasmid pZZSA constructed on the base of plasmid vector pET-21a-d(+) and comprising synthetic chimera gene wherein nucleotide sequence encoding human angiogen is fused with nucleotide sequence encoding IgG-binding domain of staphylococcus protein A. Expression of chimera gene is under control of early phage T7 promoter and induced with isopropylthiogalactoside. As result of competent cells E. coli BL21(DE3) with plasmid and selection of transformants by resistant trait to ampicillin the recombinant strain of E. coli BL21(DE3) pZZSA is obtained that is a producer of chimera human protein angiogen. The strain is deposited in Collection of microorganisms of Interregional center for correction of human microcenosis at number MTSKM B-127. The novel strain provides high expression level of chimera protein angiogen characterizing by the enhanced stability. Invention can be used in medicinal-biological industry for preparing protein factor of angiogenesis (chimera human protein angiogen).
