SUBSTANCE: compressed air for the fuel injector drive action is taken from the compressed air supply line into the common external combustion chamber 1, through the channel 29 passes to the pneumatic accumulator 31 and charges it. To supply fuel to the external combustion chamber 1, the control system sets the compressed air supply control spool valve 32 to the position, where, when compressed air enters the fuel injector drive piston cavity, the fuel injector drive piston 35 moves in one direction and the fuel injector plunger 36 supplies fuel into the external combustion chamber 1. For the next fuel supply cycle to the external combustion chamber, the control system sets the compressed air supply control spool valve 32 to the position, where, when compressed air enters the fuel injector drive piston cavity, the fuel injector drive piston 35 moves to the other direction and the fuel injector plunger 43 supplies the next fuel dose into the external combustion chamber 1.
EFFECT: disclosed is the fuel supply to the free-piston power module external combustion chamber 1 by the single-cycle fuel injector drive control method.
