FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in fuel supply systems of power plants with a common external combustion chamber (ECC). According to the method, compressed air is withdrawn from the compressed air supply line 23, 24 to the ECC 1 and enters the pneumatic accumulator 31 via the pipe line 29. In order to supply fuel to the ECC 1, the control system switches the control valve 32 of the compressed air supply to a position where the compressed air from the pneumatic accumulator flows into the cavity above the piston 35 of the fuel injector nozzle actuator, as a result of which the piston 35 accelerates towards the ECC 1, accumulates kinetic energy and through the plunger 36 of the fuel injector nozzle transfers it's to the fuel in the cavity below the plunger. As a result, the kinetic energy of the moving parts is converted into the energy of compression of the fuel and the energy of elastic deformation of the walls of the cavity below the plunger. The fuel from the cavity below the plunger is fed to the ECC. At the same time, the energy of fuel compression and elastic deformation of the walls of the cavity below the plunger of the fuel injector nozzle is converted into the energy of fuel dispersion.
EFFECT: improvement of the method.
