FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to vascular surgery, and can be used in the treatment of post-catheter wounds of the femoral arteries. Device comprises support plate (1), made in form of a clip, provided with coupling straps (2). Opposite the wound in plate (1) there is hole (3), above which is fixed support web (4) with a threaded hole, into which is placed screw (5) with an adjusting head, at the lower end of which pressure element (6) is fixed. In addition, plate (1) is connected by ribbons (7) with belt (8), tightened at the waist of the patient, to prevent the plate from slipping over the hip.
EFFECT: use of the invention ensures movement of the patient while maintaining the necessary compression to the wound.
