FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiovascular surgery. Two introducers 4F and 6F are installed in the radial artery from one hand in stages. First, sequential punctures of the radial artery are performed in the area of the anatomical snuffbox and at the proximal point of the radial artery in the projection of the wrist with a 18G-22G needle and the conductors are inserted. Then, introducers 4F distally and 6F proximally are installed along the installed conductors, so that in one radial artery there are simultaneously two accesses for inserting a guide and diagnostic catheters to the coronary arteries of the heart.
EFFECT: method preserves the patency of the radial artery and the possibility of its reuse for transradial access, is less traumatic due to the absence of incisions for this access, ligation and wound closure.
