FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for positioning any underwater equipment intended for the search and diagnosis of underwater objects, as well as for conducting assembly works. Method for positioning underwater equipment is proposed, including a carrier vessel, shielded rope cables, on which screened blocks of accelerometers are installed at equal distances. Carrier vessel is equipped with a supporting mast, a symmetrical load-lifting structure, which consists of two horizontal beams, each of which is equipped with a winch with a shielded rope cable, software that performs online processing of information from a depth sensor, from blocks of accelerometers about their spatial position and makes the calculation of a triangle in a vertical plane formed by horizontal beams and two rope cables, as well as the calculation of a triangle in a horizontal plane formed between horizontal beams as they rotate about the vertical axis of the supporting mast. This allows the operator to set the trajectory of the underwater equipment mounted on the suspension due to the programmed control of the operation of the winches and the rotation of the horizontal beams.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the reliability of positioning of underwater equipment, expansion of its capabilities (in terms of carrying capacity, types of works performed).
