FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: use to create power supplies based on semiconductor converters using the beta-voltaic effect. Essence of the invention lies in the fact that the regulator contains blocks of key and storage elements, a control unit including a converter, a voltage regulator, a microcontroller and a temperature sensor, where a block of key elements is connected to the contacts of battery kits and is configured to switch kits to storage elements, the connection scheme of the key elements is determined by the control unit made with feedbacks on one or several channels with the output of the controller, with the contacts of one or more battery packs and with a temperature sensor installed in the voltage regulator.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of controlling and regulating the output electrical parameters of the battery by the regulator during operation.
