FIELD: radio engineering and communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of microwave radio engineering and can be used in various radio engineering devices for switching the microwave signal from the input to one or several of the N outputs, for example, in antenna systems for alternately connecting to a common input, one or several antennas simultaneously to form additional directional patterns or an additional polarization vector. Multichannel microwave switch includes a section of the input transmission line to which the input is connected to the first end, two first-stage switching diodes are connected to the other end. To the second terminals of each diode, the ends of the connecting transmission line are connected at one end, to the other end of each of which are connected the first terminals of the two switching diode of the next stage, to the outputs of each of which are connected by the first ends of the trunk segment. First outputs of the switching diodes of each subsequent stage are connected to the second ends of the connecting lines of the previous stages. To the second terminals of each diode of the last stage are connected one end of the length of the output lines, to the second ends of which are connected the outputs of the switch. To the segments of the input and output lines, one leads of the control circuit inductance coils are connected. In this case, the second terminal of the coil connected to the input segment is grounded. Lengths of all segments of the connecting lines are equal to one tenth of the wavelength and to them are connected the outputs of the inductance coils of the control circuits. To the first end of the input segment, a commuting diode is connected with the first terminal, to the second terminal of which is connected at one end an open section of the line to which the inductance coil of the control circuit is connected. In this case, the lengths of the input and the open line segments are equal to one tenth of the wavelength.
EFFECT: present invention provides good matching when simultaneously switching the microwave signal of any two, four to N/2 from N outputs to a common input.
