FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of shipbuilding and concerns the creation of a vessel capable of assisting the personnel of a disabled submarine (DS) lying on the ground under the ice. Rescue vessel with a body made of material with ice class Arc9 includes a tethered submarine escape vehicle (SEV), remotely operated underwater vehicle (ROUV), launching and lifting devices for launching (lifting) SEV and ROUV, and decompression complex. Vessel is equipped with a slipway for storing and servicing SEV and ROUV, connected with shaft-type launching and lifting devices with a shaft. Shaft passes through the bottom of the vessel with the doors opening with its leaves downwards under the ice shell.
EFFECT: possibility of using a vessel in performing rescue operations to assist the personnel of a disabled submarine.
