FIELD: wireless communication equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. MME (9A) accepts the NAS message (S501, S505) by default from the mobile device (UE) (3D) by default; sends a re-routing request (S509) to the base station (5) serving the UE (3D), and includes therein information specifying a group of specialized MMEs (9D) to which the NAS message must be re-routed. If none of the specialized MMEs (9D) is available, the MME (9A) defaults to receiving a message from the base station (5), the message rerouting the NAS message to the MME (9A) by default instead of the dedicated MME (9D). Either the MME (9A) defaults (S515a) to the mobile device (3D) service, or the MME (9A) rejects the NAS message by default (S515b).
EFFECT: technical result is to provide the capability for the network to establish / maintain a service for the UE by re-routing / redirecting the NAS message (layer-without-access signal) to a dedicated core network.
