FIELD: explosion protection methods.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to explosion-proof devices and can be used for explosion protection of process equipment. This method for explosion protection with system alerting of initial stage of emergency situations consists in that the valve body, the lined load gate is movably connected to the valve body by at least three flexible connections, and the rupturing element is made in the form of a membrane safety device, in the valve body, a circular diaphragm is installed having a central hole and with three other holes located in its peripheral part, wherein in the upper part of the lined load gate, which is covered with an armored layer, a rod is arranged axially to the valve body, and between the lower part of the circular diaphragm and the upper part of the lined cargo gate there is a bushing made from of fragile material that is coaxially fixed to the support rod, whose strength is calculated for a certain overpressure in the valve, further, a safety indicator in the form of a strain gage is fixed on the lateral surface of the fast-breaking bushing, signals from the safety indicator is directed to the strain gage, and from the strain gage to the alarm system unit to alert of an emergency.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of protection of technological equipment from explosions.
