SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of analytical instrumentation and is intended for determining the concentration of nitrogen in argon of a mixture with a lower limit of measurements to 0.2⋅10-4 %. Gas analyzer intended for measuring the nitrogen concentration in argon contains a sensor for measuring the nitrogen concentration in argon, device contains a device for measuring oxygen concentration in which, under the influence of a constant-voltage source, oxygen is removed from the nitrogen-argon mixture, in series connected to a sensor for measuring the nitrogen concentration in argon.
EFFECT: reduction of the lower limit of measurements of the nitrogen concentration in argon.
