FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of analytical instrumentation and can be used in coulometric hygrometers intended for measuring the volume fraction of moisture in gases. Coulometric cell comprises a body made in the form of a glass tube, helicoidal electrodes placed in the inner channel of the glass tube and partially buried therein, sorbent films covering the electrodes and the inner channel of the glass tube, terminals, and a movable cylinder, wherein variable pneumatic resistance is provided in the inner channel of the glass tube of the coulometric cell.

EFFECT: simplification of the pneumatic circuit of a hygrometer.
