FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to determine traces of hazardous substances in human fingerprints. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that the detection of narcotic substances in human fingerprints is carried out by the method of Raman scattering of light, according to which a human finger is applied to the surface of the sensor element for a period of one to two seconds, wherein the sensor is a hybrid substrate of silicon nanowires, decorated with silver/gold nanoparticles, measuring the spectrum using a Raman spectrometer equipped with a laser when exposed to optical radiation with wavelength of 532 or 633 nm, narcotic substances are detected by peaks of the obtained spectra in said wavelengths and available tabular values.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of detecting prohibited substances from human fingerprints, increasing the sensitivity of the sensor, as well as simplifying the process of operating the sensor.
