FIELD: polymers.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for producing derivatized silicon dioxide (SIL-A-B), derivatized silicon dioxide (SIL-A-B), an elastomeric composition, a vulcanized elastomeric composition of a vehicle wheel tire, a vehicle wheel tire element, and a vehicle wheel tire. This method involves the interaction of silanized silicon dioxide (SIL-A), a compound of Formula (В1) (RSiO1,5)n and a radical initiator (D). Silanized silica (SIL-A) is obtained by reacting silica (C), a silanizing additive of formula (A): (R1)3Si-X and optionally an acid catalyst in an organic solvent. The elastomeric composition contains 100 parts/100 parts of rubber of at least one solid diene elastomeric polymer (E) and 3 parts/100 parts rubber of derivatized silicon dioxide (SIL-A-B). The elastomeric composition contains 100 parts/100 parts of solid diene elastomeric polymer rubber (E), 5 parts/100 parts of silicon dioxide rubber (C), 0.3 part/100 parts of silanizing additive rubber of Formula (A) and 0.5 part/100 parts of compound rubber of Formula (B1). The vulcanized elastomeric composition contains: an elastomeric composition, 0.1 part /100 parts of vulcanizer rubber (F), 0.5 to 10 parts/100 parts of vulcanization activator rubber (F1), and/or 0.1 to 10 parts/100 parts of vulcanization accelerator rubber (F2), and/or 0.05 to 2 parts/100 parts of vulcanization retarder rubber (F3).

EFFECT: improved mechanical performance, reduced hysteresis of silicon dioxide-filled elastomeric materials to give tires minimal rolling resistance, rigidity, abrasion resistance, and suitability for use in particularly harsh operating conditions.
