FIELD: electronic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electrical industry, in particular to the stationary lead-acid batteries. In a lead-acid battery comprising a housing with a cover, in which the positive and negative electrode plates blocks are disposed connected to the positive and negative output terminals, respectively, coupled to the housing cover with a gap, at that, between the housing cover and the output terminals, are located annular seals, positive terminal O-ring is made staged, at that, its lower stage is located in the gap between the positive output terminal and the housing cover; positive output terminal O-ring lower stage is made with an annular bead contacting with the housing cover lower surface; from above, on the housing cover protective rings are placed with gaps relative to the output terminals, at that, the O-rings are made with upper stages, which are located in the gaps between the protective rings and the output terminals. Preventing the consisting of PbO2 and PbSO4 build-up formation, between the lead-acid battery cover and the positive output terminal.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is increase in the lead-acid battery service life and reliability.
