FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is a method for early diagnosis of risk of fetal loss in a married couple in the presence of urogenital infection in men, characterized by the fact that at the stage of periconceptional preparation the following indicators are determined in a patient: levels of TNFα, IL-17, IL-13 and TIMP-2 in venous blood serum, as well as TNFα, IL-13 and MMP-8 in ejaculate using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and if: in venous blood serum TNFα is more than 12.0 pg/ml, IL-17 is more than 8.5 pg/ml, IL-13 is more than 100.0 pg/ml and TIMP-2 is less than 110.0 ng/ml and in ejaculate TNFα is more than 5.0 pg/ml, IL-13 is more than 55.0 pg/ml and MMP-8 is more than 10.0 ng/ml high risk of fetal loss is diagnosed.
EFFECT: implementation of the invention allows in a short time to predict the presence of risk of fetal loss at the stage of periconceptional preparation of a married couple and to adopt the necessary strategy for the prevention and treatment of fetal syndrome in a married couple.
