FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. After Nd:YAG laser vitreolysis, the mean value of the retrosensitivity of the retina is determined by means of microperimetry in the “EXPERT EXAM” mode by the 4-2 method and the average number of fixation points per eye within 4 minutes outside 2° from the foveal fixation point on the MAIA instrument, Centervue, Italy. If the average value of the photosensitivity of the retina is 25 dB or more, and the average number of fixation points per minute is 1.0 or less outside the 2° from the foveal fixation point, then the treatment is evaluated as effective.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the reliability of the assessment, which is achieved through the implementation of the aforementioned methods of the claimed solution.
