FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: polyfunctional monoblock for external designs of transosseous osteosynthesis in mammals in the first variant consists of a body in the form of a tetrahedral elongated prism with an axial through threaded hole. Perpendicular to the axis of the body are holes, of which two through holes without a thread are located on the side of one face. On the side of the adjacent face, two threaded blind holes are placed. Monoblock in the second version consists of a body in the form of a tetrahedral elongated prism with an axial through threaded hole. Two through-holes without a thread are made from the side of one face of the body. Two blind holes are eccentrically relative to the vertical axis of the housing one at a time from the opposite sides of the housing perpendicular to the axis of each threaded hole. Monoblock in the third version consists of a body in the form of a tetrahedral elongated prism with an axial through threaded hole. From the side of two adjacent faces of the body, eccentrically with respect to the vertical axis of the body, through holes without threads are made. Threaded blind holes are perpendicular to the axis of each hole without threads.
EFFECT: inventions provide a rigid stable fixation and expansion of the capabilities of structural assemblies of external fixation devices, increase of reliability and service life, and, consequently, a reduction in the cost of the operation.
